Instructions

- Cook chicken: Add diced chicken, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook until chicken is browned.
- Add broth and noodles: Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil, and add lasagna noodles. Cook until tender.
- Thicken soup: Reduce heat, stir in cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth. Add mozzarella and Parmesan, then spinach.
