Ingredients
Scale
For the Turkey Stuffing Balls:
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 3 cups prepared stuffing (homemade or store-bought)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chicken or turkey broth
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare the baking sheet: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, stuffing, onion, celery, broth, egg, poultry seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined but do not overmix.
- Form the balls: Use a cookie scoop or your hands to form the mixture into 12–16 balls, about the size of golf balls, and place them evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush with oil: Brush the tops lightly with olive oil or melted butter.
- Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the turkey is fully cooked and the stuffing balls are golden brown and firm.
- Serve: Serve warm with gravy, cranberry sauce, or a side of vegetables.
Notes
- Great use for leftover stuffing or holiday turkey—just chop it finely and substitute for ground turkey.
- These freeze well and can be reheated in the oven or air fryer.
