Description

These Turkey Stuffing Balls are a delicious way to use up holiday leftovers or to enjoy a savory appetizer any time of the year. Made with a blend of ground turkey, seasoned stuffing, and aromatic vegetables, these baked balls are perfect for serving with gravy or cranberry sauce.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Turkey Stuffing Balls:

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 3 cups prepared stuffing (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chicken or turkey broth
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare the baking sheet: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, stuffing, onion, celery, broth, egg, poultry seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined but do not overmix.
  3. Form the balls: Use a cookie scoop or your hands to form the mixture into 12–16 balls, about the size of golf balls, and place them evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Brush with oil: Brush the tops lightly with olive oil or melted butter.
  5. Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the turkey is fully cooked and the stuffing balls are golden brown and firm.
  6. Serve: Serve warm with gravy, cranberry sauce, or a side of vegetables.

Notes

  • Great use for leftover stuffing or holiday turkey—just chop it finely and substitute for ground turkey.
  • These freeze well and can be reheated in the oven or air fryer.
