Milk Chocolate Mousse:

  • 6 ounces milk chocolate (chopped)
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream (divided)
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

White Chocolate Mousse:

  • 6 ounces white chocolate (chopped)
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream (divided)
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Chocolate curls or cocoa powder for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
  2. Make Brownie Base: Melt butter and semisweet chocolate, then whisk in sugar, eggs, vanilla, flour, and salt. Bake for 20–22 minutes and cool.
  3. Prepare Mousse Layers: Melt each chocolate; whip 1 cup heavy cream with sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold cream into melted chocolate for each layer. Spread dark chocolate mousse over brownie base and refrigerate. Repeat with milk chocolate mousse, then white chocolate mousse. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with chocolate curls or cocoa powder before serving.
