Instructions
- Season and Cook the Steak: Season the steak with salt and pepper. Sear in a hot skillet or grill pan for 3–4 minutes per side. Let it rest, then slice thinly against the grain.
- Make the Dressing: Whisk together lime juice, fish sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil in a bowl.
