- 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare the baking dish: Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook the beef mixture: In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion until browned. Add garlic, then mix in soup, sour cream, salt, pepper, vegetables, and 1 cup of cheese.
- Assemble the casserole: Transfer the mixture to the baking dish. Top with tater tots and remaining cheese.
- Bake: Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with parsley.
