- 2 pounds fresh mussels (cleaned and debearded)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- ½ cup breadcrumbs

- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
