- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 slider buns
- 6 slices cheddar cheese (halved)

For the street corn topping:
- 1 cup corn kernels (fresh, canned, or frozen)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/4 cup cotija cheese (crumbled)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Press into a baking dish and bake.
- Prepare Street Corn: Sauté corn in olive oil until charred. Mix with mayo, sour cream, cotija cheese, lime juice, chili powder, and cilantro.
- Assemble Sliders: Cut cooked beef into squares. Place on slider buns, top with cheese, add street corn mixture, and bake.
- Serve: Bake sliders to melt cheese and warm buns. Serve hot.
