Strawberry Salsa:

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries (diced)
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple (diced)
  • 1 medium apple (peeled and diced)
  • 1 kiwi (peeled and diced)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon strawberry jam (optional for extra sweetness)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Cinnamon Chips:

  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Salsa: In a large bowl, combine strawberries, pineapple, apple, kiwi, sugar, strawberry jam, and lemon juice. Stir well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. Make the Cinnamon Chips: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut tortillas into wedges and place on a baking sheet. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture, and bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden and crisp. Let cool slightly.
  3. Serve: Serve the chilled strawberry salsa with warm cinnamon chips for dipping.
