- 1 cup fresh pineapple (diced)

- 1 tablespoon strawberry jam (optional for extra sweetness)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Cinnamon Chips:
- 8 small flour tortillas
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
Instructions
- Prepare the Salsa: In a large bowl, combine strawberries, pineapple, apple, kiwi, sugar, strawberry jam, and lemon juice. Stir well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Make the Cinnamon Chips: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut tortillas into wedges and place on a baking sheet. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture, and bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden and crisp. Let cool slightly.
- Serve: Serve the chilled strawberry salsa with warm cinnamon chips for dipping.
