- 1 (8-ounce) tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
Strawberry Layer:
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 (3-ounce) package strawberry gelatin (Jell-O)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
Instructions
- Graham Cracker Crust: In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish. Chill.
- Cream Cheese Filling: Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over chilled crust.
- Strawberry Layer: Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, then mix in cold water. Add sliced strawberries. Pour over cream cheese layer. Chill for at least 4 hours.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- You can use frozen sliced strawberries, but thaw and drain them first.
