  • 1 (8-ounce) tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

Strawberry Layer:

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 (3-ounce) package strawberry gelatin (Jell-O)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water

Instructions

  1. Graham Cracker Crust: In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish. Chill.
  2. Cream Cheese Filling: Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over chilled crust.
  3. Strawberry Layer: Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, then mix in cold water. Add sliced strawberries. Pour over cream cheese layer. Chill for at least 4 hours.
  4. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

  • You can use frozen sliced strawberries, but thaw and drain them first.
