Chicken:

- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Pinch of black pepper

- Chopped green onions or cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: to 200°C (180°C fan or 400°F).
- Mix the glaze: In a small bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and black pepper.
- Prepare the tray: Line a baking tray with foil and parchment paper. Place onion wedges on the tray.
- Coat the chicken: Arrange chicken thighs on top of onions, skin-side down. Pour the glaze over the chicken and onions.
- Bake: Cook for 25 minutes. Flip chicken skin-side up, spoon over more sauce, and bake for another 25–35 minutes until cooked through.
- Glaze and serve: Coat the chicken in the glaze and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions or cilantro before serving.
