Sauce:

  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach

Instructions

  1. Cook Pasta: Boil pasta until al dente; reserve ½ cup pasta water.
  2. Cook Chicken: Season and cook chicken in olive oil until browned.
  3. Make Sauce: Add garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, broth, cream, and cheese; simmer. Add spinach.
  4. Combine: Toss in pasta, adjust consistency with pasta water.
  5. Serve: Garnish with basil and enjoy!
