Shrimp:

  • 1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)

Seasonings:

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (or hoisin for vegetarian)
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha or chili garlic sauce
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • juice of ½ lime

Garnish:

  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • Chopped cilantro and sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles: Prepare the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sriracha, brown sugar, and lime juice.
  3. Cook the shrimp: Heat sesame oil and vegetable oil in a skillet, add garlic and ginger, then cook the shrimp until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp and set aside.
