Ingredients

Smoked Salmon:

4 ounces smoked salmon (sliced or flaked)

Avocado:

1/2 avocado (sliced)

Cherry Tomatoes:

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)

Red Onion:

1/4 red onion (thinly sliced)

Capers:

2 tablespoons capers (rinsed)

Chives:

2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives

Creamy Dressing:

2 tablespoons cream cheese (softened), 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Creamy Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, chopped chives, capers, and a pinch of salt and pepper until smooth. Adjust consistency with a splash of water if needed.
  2. Salad Assembly: In a large bowl or on a platter, arrange the mixed greens, then top with smoked salmon, avocado slices, cherry tomatoes, and red onion. Drizzle with the creamy caper chive dressing just before serving. Garnish with extra chives or capers if desired.
