Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 5×3-inch mini loaf pan.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  3. Prepare Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix the granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, pumpkin puree, oil, milk, and vanilla until well combined.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir just until combined.
  5. Make Cinnamon Swirl Mixture: In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and ground cinnamon for the swirl.
  6. Layer and Swirl: Pour half of the batter into the pan, sprinkle half of the cinnamon swirl mixture, add the remaining batter, top with the rest of the swirl mix, and swirl gently with a knife.
  7. Bake: Bake for 30–35 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
