Baby Potatoes:

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes (red or yellow), halved

Seasoning:

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Optional:

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare Potatoes: Wash and halve the baby potatoes, then place them in the slow cooker.
