Main Ingredients:
- 12 ounces fettuccine or penne pasta
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 8 ounces lump crab meat
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
- ½ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Garnish:
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook Pasta: Cook the pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Sauté Garlic & Seafood: In a skillet, sauté garlic in butter, add shrimp and crab meat, cook briefly.
- Prepare Cream Sauce: Lower heat, add cream, Parmesan, seasonings, simmer until thickened.
- Combine & Bake: Toss pasta in the sauce, mix in half of mozzarella, transfer to baking dish, top with remaining cheese, bake until golden.
- Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can use imitation crab if real lump crab isn’t available.
- For a cheesier bake, add ½ cup of ricotta or cream cheese to the sauce.
- Serve with garlic bread or salad on the side.
