- 2 tbsp unsalted butter (divided)

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Season the Scallops: Lightly season scallops with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning.
- Sear the Scallops: Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet. Sear scallops for 1 1/2–2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic, then add cream, broth, and Cajun seasoning. Simmer and stir in Parmesan until smooth.
- Finish and Serve: Return scallops to the skillet, spoon sauce over them, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
