  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Cheese Mixture:

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Garnish:

  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta: Cook the rigatoni in a large pot of salted boiling water until just al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. Prepare the meat sauce: In a skillet, heat olive oil, sauté onion and garlic, add meat, marinara sauce, seasonings, and simmer.
