- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- ¾ cup pineapple juice
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs

- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ¼ cup pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease and flour a bundt pan.
- Mix the batter: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, pineapple juice, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes until smooth.
- Bake the cake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40–45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack.
- Make the glaze: Whisk together powdered sugar, pineapple juice, and melted butter until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled cake.
