Pineapple Mixture:

- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Prepare Pineapple Mixture: In a medium saucepan, combine crushed pineapple, apple cider vinegar, sugar, turmeric, garlic powder, ground ginger, and salt. Simmer until sugar dissolves.
- Add Jalapeños: Stir in sliced jalapeños and simmer until softened and mixture thickens.
- Jar and Seal: Transfer jalapeños and pineapple to jars. Cover with syrup, leaving headspace. Seal and cool before refrigerating.
