Additional Ingredients:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 ½ cups shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese

Instructions

- Assemble Quesadillas: Place tortilla, cheese, steak mixture, and more cheese on half of the tortilla. Fold in half.
