  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Rice:

  • 1 cup long-grain white rice, uncooked
  • 2 ¼ cups low-sodium chicken broth

  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Additional:

  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, sliced for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned but not fully cooked.

  5. Add Cheese: Top with shredded cheddar cheese, cover until melted.
  6. Garnish: Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
