  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 ½ cups uncooked elbow macaroni or pasta of choice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brown the Beef: In a large pot or deep skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain excess grease if needed.
  2. Add Vegetables and Sauce: Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until softened. Stir in ketchup, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Cook Pasta: Pour in beef broth and stir in the uncooked pasta. Bring to a boil, then cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 10–12 minutes until pasta is tender.
  4. Finish the Dish: Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve hot.
