- 300ml heavy whipping cream, cold
- 150g Kinder chocolate, melted and slightly cooled
- 4 Kinder Bueno bars, chopped
- Additional Kinder Bueno pieces and chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Mix crushed digestive biscuits with melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and chill.
- Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Whip the cream to stiff peaks. Fold in melted Kinder chocolate, then whipped cream. Stir in chopped Kinder Bueno bars.
- Assemble: Spread filling over the crust. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
