  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Make the meatballs: Combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs and bake for 18–20 minutes.
