Lemon Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease/flour an 8×8-inch or 9×9-inch baking pan.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla, sour cream, milk, and lemon zest.
  3. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mix.
  4. Add Blueberries: Gently fold in blueberries tossed in flour.
  5. Bake: Pour batter into the pan, smooth the top, and bake for 35–40 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
