For the Pudding Base:
- 1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups cold whole milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional Mix-ins:
- Mini chocolate chips
- Crushed cookies
- Sprinkles
Additional Items:
- Popsicle molds or small paper cups and sticks
Instructions
- Mix the Pudding: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes.
- Add Cream and Flavor: Stir in the heavy cream and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in mix-ins if desired.
- Fill Molds: Pour the pudding mixture into popsicle molds or cups. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Unmold and Serve: To release, run molds under warm water briefly and gently pull out the pops.
