Ingredients

Scale

For the Pudding Base:

  • 1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold whole milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional Mix-ins:

  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Crushed cookies
  • Sprinkles

Additional Items:

  • Popsicle molds or small paper cups and sticks

Instructions

  1. Mix the Pudding: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes.
  2. Add Cream and Flavor: Stir in the heavy cream and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in mix-ins if desired.
  3. Fill Molds: Pour the pudding mixture into popsicle molds or cups. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  4. Unmold and Serve: To release, run molds under warm water briefly and gently pull out the pops.
