- 6 large eggs
Filling:
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese (softened)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 jalapeño (seeded and finely diced)
- 2 tablespoons cooked bacon (crumbled)
- 2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Smoked paprika for garnish (optional)
- Sliced jalapeño or extra bacon for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Boil and Prepare Eggs: Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with cold water, bring to a boil, then let sit for 10–12 minutes. Peel and slice in half lengthwise.
- Make Filling: Mash yolks with cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir in jalapeño, bacon, and cheddar.
- Fill Eggs: Spoon or pipe filling into egg whites. Garnish with paprika, bacon, or jalapeño.
- Serve: Chill before serving.
