- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the Chicken: Pat the chicken breasts dry and rub with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

- Assemble and Bake: Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the chicken, drizzle with half of the hot honey, then bake in the oven for 15–18 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Finish and Serve: Drizzle with the remaining hot honey, squeeze lemon juice over the top, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
