- 1 cup almond flour

- 3 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Peanut Butter Caramel:
- ½ cup natural peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
For the Chocolate Topping:
- ¾ cup dark chocolate chips (dairy-free if desired)
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
Instructions
- Prepare the Base: Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper. Mix almond flour, coconut flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla. Press into the pan and freeze.
- Make the Peanut Butter Caramel: Heat peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and sea salt until smooth. Pour over the base and freeze.
- Add the Chocolate Topping: Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil, pour over the caramel, and freeze until set. Slice into bars and enjoy!
