Instructions

- Mix Batter: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, sugar, Greek yogurt, eggs, vanilla, baking powder, and salt until well combined. Stir in melted chocolate until smooth. Fold in flour just until no streaks remain (do not overmix).
- Bake: Spread batter evenly into prepared pan. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool and Serve: Cool completely before slicing.
