Instructions
- Prepare Marinade: In a large bowl or resealable bag, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Add the chicken and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Cooking Method:
- For Oven: Preheat to 400°F (200°C), bake chicken for 22–25 minutes.
- For Skillet/Grill: Cook for 5–6 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve garnished with lemon slices and parsley.
