Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, red onion, garlic, parsley, dill, oregano, salt, pepper, and egg. Mix until fully combined without overmixing.
- Form the meatballs: Use your hands or a small cookie scoop to form the mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Brush or drizzle the tops with olive oil.
- Bake: Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through with an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Serve: Serve warm with lemon wedges and a side of tzatziki if desired.
