For the Bombs:
1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count), 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted, 2 cloves garlic minced, 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook the Filling: In a skillet, cook ground beef, diced onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until browned. Drain excess fat and cool slightly.
- Assemble the Bombs: Flatten each biscuit, add beef mixture and cheddar, fold dough around filling, pinch to seal, and form into balls.
- Add Topping and Bake: Mix melted butter with garlic, brush over bombs, sprinkle with Parmesan, bake for 13–16 minutes until golden.
- Finish and Serve: Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.
