Sourdough Bread:

Brie & Cranberry Filling:

  • 8 ounces Brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce

Garlic Herb Butter:

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (or 1/2 teaspoon dried)
  • pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the bread: Cut a crosshatch pattern into the top of the sourdough loaf without cutting all the way through.
  3. Stuff the bread: Fill the cuts with Brie slices and cranberry sauce.
  4. Make the garlic herb butter: Combine melted butter, garlic, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper. Drizzle over the bread.
