Instructions
- Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, coconut milk, orange juice, honey or maple syrup if using, grated ginger, lime juice, lime zest, and a pinch of salt. Blend until completely smooth.
- Adjust Sweetness: Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
