- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
For the Au Jus:
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare the biscuit cups: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin. Press biscuit dough into muffin cups to form a cup shape.
- Fill the biscuit cups: Divide roast beef and cheese among the cups.
- Prepare the butter mixture: Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley; brush over biscuit tops.
- Bake: Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
- Make the au jus: Simmer beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, onion powder, and garlic powder in a saucepan.
