Dough:

- 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix wet ingredients: Cream butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light. Add egg and vanilla; mix.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet mixture, mixing until combined.
- Add marshmallows: Fold in mini marshmallows. Optionally, gently swirl in marshmallow fluff.
- Bake: Scoop dough onto sheet; bake 9–11 minutes until golden. Cool on rack.
