  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, with juice
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional, for sautéing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook Beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Add garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add Ingredients: Stir in ketchup, mustard, tomatoes, broth, macaroni. Simmer until pasta is slightly tender.
  4. Add Cheese: Stir in 1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese and milk. Transfer to baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
