Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (cubed)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Other:

  • 12 ounces penne or rotini pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the Chicken: In the crock pot, lay the chicken breasts at the bottom.
