Instructions

- Fry the Sticks: Heat oil to 375°F (190°C). Pipe batter into hot oil in 3- to 4-inch lines. Fry until golden brown, about 1–2 minutes per side.
- Finish and Serve: Drain sticks on paper towels. Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
