Cauliflower Bites:

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika

- 1½ cups panko breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the batter: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth. Coat the cauliflower florets in the batter.
- Coat in breadcrumbs: Place panko breadcrumbs in a separate bowl. Dip each battered floret into the breadcrumbs, pressing lightly to adhere.
- Bake: Arrange the coated florets on the baking sheet, spray with olive oil, and bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
