Filling:
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (grated)
- 2 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup bean sprouts
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Other:
- 12 spring roll wrappers
- Small bowl of water (for sealing)
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Sauté Aromatics and Vegetables: Heat sesame oil in a skillet, sauté garlic and ginger. Add cabbage, carrots, green onions, bean sprouts, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Prepare Spring Rolls: Place filling on a spring roll wrapper, fold and roll tightly, sealing with water. Repeat with remaining wrappers.
- Air Fry: Spray rolls with olive oil, air fry at 390°F for 8–10 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Serve: Enjoy hot with dipping sauce.

- You can add cooked shredded chicken, pork, or tofu for extra protein.
