- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a medium bowl, combine buttermilk and hot sauce. Add chicken pieces, stir to coat, and marinate for 15–30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Prepare the Coating: In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the Chicken: Remove chicken from the marinade, coat each piece in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Lightly spray the basket with oil, arrange chicken bites in a single layer, and air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve: Once golden brown and cooked through, serve hot with dipping sauces.
