Description

Indulge in a rich and creamy delight with this Creamy Ground Beef Alfredo Pasta recipe. Perfectly seasoned ground beef combined with a luscious Alfredo sauce over al dente pasta makes for a satisfying meal that’s easy to prepare.

Ingredients

Scale

Pasta:

  • 12 ounces pasta (penne or fettuccine)

Ground Beef:

  • 1 pound ground beef

Other:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Prepare the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Brown the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart. Drain excess fat.
  3. Make the Sauce: Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  4. Combine: Add cooked pasta to the skillet, toss to coat in sauce. Simmer briefly to heat through.
  5. Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, substitute half of the heavy cream with milk or light cream.
  • Enhance with spinach, mushrooms, or steamed broccoli for added nutrition.
