Ingredients

For the Sauce:

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, 2 cups whole milk, 1 cup heavy cream, 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper, ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional), 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)


Instructions
