Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- Cook the Beef: Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain excess grease. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Add black beans, corn, salsa, cumin, and chili powder. Simmer briefly.
- Prepare the Cornbread Batter: In a bowl, mix cornbread mix with egg and milk until just combined.
