Description

Indulge in these delightful Cookies & Cream Cookies that marry the classic flavors of Oreo cookies with sweet white chocolate in a soft, chewy cookie. Perfect for any occasion or as a treat for the whole family.

Ingredients

Scale

Dry Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Wet Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix-ins:

  • 20 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter and sugars: In a large bowl, cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla: Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in the vanilla extract.
  4. Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
  6. Add mix-ins: Fold in the chopped Oreo cookies and white chocolate chips.
  7. Bake: Scoop dough into tablespoon-sized balls and place on prepared baking sheets. Bake for 9–11 minutes, until edges are set and centers are still soft.
  8. Cool: Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking.
  • You can swap white chocolate chips for semi-sweet or dark chocolate if preferred.
