Cookie Dough:

Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.
- Mix Butter and Sugars: In a large bowl, cream softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Add Mix-ins: Fold in chocolate chips, toffee bits, and coconut.
- Bake: Spread dough in pan and bake for 25–30 minutes until edges are golden and center is set.
- Cool and Serve: Cool in pan before cutting into squares.
Notes
- For extra chewiness, use dark brown sugar instead of light brown.
- You can substitute chopped nuts for part of the toffee bits for a less sweet variation.
