Cinnamon Swirl:

- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
- Prepare Cinnamon Swirl: Mix cinnamon and sugar in a bowl.
- Layer Batter: Pour half of the banana batter into the pan, sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar, add the rest of the batter, and top with the remaining cinnamon sugar. Swirl gently.
